How do I choose the right package?
Compare the current packages for your country on the pricing page. If you are unsure, tell our team how you trade and which tasks you need to cover.
Will my existing equipment work?
Compatibility depends on the exact device and connection. Send the model numbers of your tills, printers, scales and card devices to the team before buying or installing anything.
Can I use payroll in every country?
The current payroll product is for South Africa. Do not use its tax settings or statutory outputs as a payroll solution for another country.
Can I see reports on my phone?
The dashboard has a mobile layout for checking sales totals and trends. Ask our team to show you the mobile reporting view.
How do I get help with an account?
Use Contact and choose Help with an account. Tell us the screen, the action and what happened. A screenshot can help; leave out private employee or payment information.
Does choosing a website region change my billing country?
No. The website selection changes the information you browse. Your business country must be confirmed separately during registration.
